In the electroplating industry, the alkaline galvanizing process is favored for its advantages such as high plating quality and low environmental pollution. Alkaline galvanizing additives, as the core of the process, have a crucial influence on the various properties of the coating, especially the bonding force.

Alkaline galvanizing additives adjust the electrochemical properties of the plating solution, resulting in a more uniform deposition of metal ions on the plated surface. Good alkaline galvanizing additives can provide a stable environment for the plating solution and reduce defects in the plating layer, such as pores and cracks, which are often the main cause of the decline in the bonding strength of the plating layer.
