Description:

Usually add BZ-528 A softener first , and stir evenly, try plating, add BZ-528 B brightener according to the brightness of the workpiece .

Consumption:

Description:

1. BZ-528 A softener and BZ-528 B brightener are supplemented according to current consumption;

2. When the BZ-528 A softener is brought out too much, the BZ-528 A softener must be supplemented appropriately . (When there is white fog on the plated parts and the white fog cannot disappear after adding the brightener, add 3-5mL/L of BZ-528 A softener).

Fault diagnosis:

1. Influence of content factors:

     - zinc chloride content is too high: the uneven distribution of the coating.

     - zinc chloride content is too low: high potential charred.

     - potassium (sodium) content is too high: the cloud point reduction bath; the temperature is low, the zinc anode surface is easily crystallized, so that the plating liquid dross too, the work is easy to produce burrs.

     - potassium (sodium) content is too low: high potential slightly burnt, poor dispersion bath.

     - acid content is too high: the high-potential gray coating, coarse crystals.

     - acid content is too low: rough coating, the pH value changes too rapidly.

     --PH value is too high: high potential burns, zinc metal content decreases, and zinc hydroxide precipitation is formed.

     --PH value is too low: the zinc metal content rises, it is easy to dissolve the base metal to form impurities, causing uneven coating and decreasing coverage.

2. Influence of impurity factors:

     - iron impurities: high potential brown, brittle coating, usually black spots on the plating member, the drum is more eye caused by iron impurities.

     - Copper impurity: typically cause low potential black.
