Tank liquid management and replenishment
1. Acid equivalent concentration of prepreg and silver immersion working fluid
A. Reagents
1. 0.1N NaOH. 2. pH meter (pre-adjusted to pH 4-10 range) B. Step

2.Add 50 mL of pure water.

D. Maintenance

2. prepreg and immersion silver fluid chelating agent
A. Reagents
1. 0.05M copper nitrate solution (or copper sulfate solution). 2. Acetic acid buffer (82g anhydrous sodium acetate + 60mL acetic acid with water to 1 liter). 3. PAN indicator.
B step
1. Pipette 20 mL of bath solution into a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask. 2. Add 25 mL of acetate buffer.

C. Calculation: Concentration of the mixture = the number of copper nitrate mL x M copper nitrate / sample volume
D. Maintenance
1. Maintain the chelating agent at 0.01-0.02M ( pre-soak ) and 0.02-0.04M ( immersion silver ).
2.Each addition of 3.3 mL/L of Ag-800B will increase the chelating agent by 0.001M.
3. If adding more than 15 mL/L of Ag-800B , please analyze again after adding and stirring

3. Copper concentration
A. Reagents
1. 1 mg/L standard copper solution. 2. 2 mg/L standard copper solution.
B. Step
1. Take 1 mL tank solution into a 100 mL quantitative flask. (Dilution ratio=100)
2. Add pure water to the 100 mL mark and stir evenly.
3. Use AA atomic absorption spectrometer to set
Wavelength 324.8nm Slit width 0.7nm Lean, Blue flame
4. suction. 1 mg / L standard copper quasi-liquid

6. Draw the diluted sample and record the AA reading.
Note: If it exceeds the calibration range, adjust the dilution ratio of step 1 of the above method and repeat the above steps.
C. Calculation: mg/L copper = AA reading x dilution ratio.
4. Silver concentration
A. Reagents
1. 100 mg/L silver standard solution.
B. Step
1. Take 10 mL bath solution 100 to mL quantitative bottle.
2. Purified water to 100mL volume, and mix well.
3. Draw 1mL of each of the above solutions into 3 100mL quantitative bottles, and label A, B, C. 4. Take 1mL of 100 mg/L silver standard solution into B bottle, 2 mL of 100 mg/L silver standard solution Enter C bottle.
5. The quantitative ABC three 100mL graduated flask by adding purified water, and mix well.
6. Use AA atomic absorption spectrometer to set

Record the readings of the three AA bottles of ABC and take the average at least 3 times.
