Plastic plating process as a more mature process, people for the plating quality requirements are higher and higher, but for a variety of reasons, the plating plant in the production process will encounter some plating faults, such as pitting. ① Defects in the material blank itself

Sanitary products are often in the injection molding, it is inevitable that pits, scratches and other defects, so in the plating plant incoming inspection, must be strictly controlled.

②Nickel slag in electroless nickel solution

When using alkaline electroless nickel plating additives for production, if the plating plant does not do tank cleaning for a long time, then nickel powder will easily appear, and it will be easy for co-deposition to occur during nickel deposition, which will result in the appearance of pockmarks in the subsequent plating. Therefore, it is necessary to do tank cleaning for the electroless nickel tank once a week.
