1. Control the temperature of the plating tank to avoid excessive local temperature.In the production process, the temperature near the heating rod will be relatively high. If you do not pay attention to the stirring, the local temperature of the plating solution will be too high, so that the plating solution is easy to get out of control and the electroless nickel is deposited on the tank wall or tank bottom.Therefore, we should stir the plating solution many times during production to make the temperature of the plating solution consistent.
2. Cover the electroless nickel plating solution when production is stopped to prevent dust or solid particles in the air from falling into the plating solution.Because these dusts or solid particles will cause the natural decomposition of the plating solution, the plating solution will precipitate spongy nickel particles.During production, the plating solution should be filtered in a cycle, and the plating solution should be taken out regularly, soak the plating tank with 1:1 nitric acid, remove the deposits on the tank wall, and ensure the cleaning of the plating tank.
3. During the production process, the lining of the used plating tank may be damaged, exposing the metal base material, so that the metal is deposited with an electroless nickel coating.The plating tank should be checked during production. If the plating lining is damaged, the plating should be replaced in time to reduce the loss of nickel salts and effectively reduce production costs.
