Designed for high-precision parts such as bearings, Ni-809 electroless nickel plating solution is formulated so that the plated layer exhibits good wear resistance while maintaining moderate brightness. This is due to the fact that the active ingredients in the solution are able to deposit uniformly on the surface of the plated parts, forming a dense plating structure, which effectively improves the hardness and wear resistance of the plated layer. According to the test, the hardness of the plated layer treated with Ni-809 electroless nickel plating solution can reach about 630HV, and the hardness can be increased to 900HV after baking at 400℃, which fully meets the high requirements of customers for wear-resistant performance.
