Engineers in the understanding of the situation, with Mr. Chen analysis that due to the tin is an unstable metal, and in the atmospheric environment, the surface of copper at room temperature can produce oxide film, the generation of this film is known as loss of luster effect. And in the humid environment, due to capillary action, adsorption will form a layer of water film on the surface of the metal, and the generation of water film in most atmospheric environments will cause corrosion of metal workpiece effect. When the surface of the plating is rough, water vapor will condense in the low concave place, it will form a water film invisible to the workers, and the surface of the purple copper workpiece in Mr. Chen's workshop, it just happens to have rough sand marks.
The engineer told Mr. Chen that to solve the problem, we need to start from two aspects. Firstly, the pre-treatment cleaning of the workpiece should be strengthened, so that the surface of the workpiece can form a more ideal open surface. Secondly, in order to cope with the oxidized film formed after placement, it is necessary to use the acidic tin plating additive Sn-807 of Bigely Technology, which adopts the new technology of Bigely, joins the active ingredient of TBC, and is made of raw materials from Europe and America, and is able to obtain uniform bright pure tin plating layer in a wide temperature range; the plating solution is highly stable and the plating layer has a strong resistance to discoloration.
