1, The tank wall or equipment deposited on the electroless nickel layer, when the deposited electroless nickel layer will continue to deposit electroless nickel, resulting in rapid consumption of nickel ions. In this case, the electroless nickel plating solution should be filtered to turn the tank, with 1:1 nitric acid solution to soak the plating tank or equipment deposited electroless nickel. After the bath is soaked and cleaned, pour the plating solution back into the bath and replenish the electroless nickel concentrate after analyzing it for production.
2, The loading of electroless nickel plating layer is too large, the deposition rate is too fast, the nickel ion consumption is fast, it will also affect the service life of chemical nickel plating solution. The loading of the plating layer should be reduced.
3, Electroless nickel plating solution with a large loss. This situation should check the production process, improve the speed of the product out of the tank, and try to make the workpiece or the plating solution of the drum dripping before transferring the cleaning tank.
