There are not enough riveting points on the surface of the workpiece; or there is too much sol in the roughening solution and the viscosity is too high, resulting in poor roughening of the blind hole position. For this reason, we extend the roughing time and strengthen the roughing.

It is difficult for the roughening solution to uniformly roughen the surface, so that it is easy to cause large leakage of plating and blistering, then how to solve it? The plating plant needs to adjust to the appropriate roughing time.
Insufficient activity of palladium activator
There are two reasons for this, one is that the concentration of palladium activator is not enough; the other is that the activator is not stirred well after a long time of stopping and then starting again. If it is the former, we need to analyze and replenish the concentration of palladium; if it is the latter, we turn on the filtering pump and circulate the palladium solution when the plastic plating production starts.
