(1) Galvanized parts passivation, galvanizing plant needs to pay attention to the amount of baskets to control the amount of flat layer, which is more appropriate.
(2) Passivation should be slowly moving passivation basket, so as to maintain the relative movement of the parts and tank liquid, do not make the parts collide with each other, in order to avoid imprinting, we can vibrate the parts in the passivation process 1 ~ 2 times.
(3) In the use of military green passivation solution for passivation, galvanizing plant should try to shorten the time of air stop and water washing, so as to avoid the passivation film discoloration and loss of light.
(4) Before drying, due to the moisture on the surface of the product will dissolve the passivation film, coupled with the influence of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, so the appearance of the passivation film layer is more difficult to control, and in practice we found that this is easy to produce passivation marks.
