1) Even if there is filtering equipment, do not dare to open for continuous filtration, otherwise the bottom of the anti-slag flooding, plating layer is obviously rough.
2) Dropping pieces do not dare to salvage in time (especially in continuous production), or stir up the plating solution and can not produce, both damage to the workpiece and the introduction of impurities.
3) When adjusting the pH value of the plating solution, adding additives and replenishing the evaporated water, only dare to gently stir the plating solution in the next section of the liquid level, resulting in uneven pH value, additives concentration, plating solution concentration and temperature, etc., and worsening the plating effect.
4) In the application of acid copper plating brightener production, do not dare to use the bottom of the tank heating mode, while the tank side heating, the liquid temperature difference between the top and bottom is large, if the bottom of the tank sediment and do not dare to stir the plating solution, then it will lead to the effect of doing goods is poor. When the plating solution is stirred by air, the slightest slag will rise and make the plating layer rough.
Therefore, when using Bigely acid copper brighteners, our engineers recommend removing both fine and large mechanical impurities suspended in the plating solution in order to keep the plating solution highly clean. A more effective way is to continuously filter the plating solution. This results in a fine crystalline, smooth and uniform coating.
