High phosphorus electroless nickel plating is a high-speed, environmentally friendly, high phosphorus (10.5 to 12%) semi-bright plating, which is suitable for electroless nickel plating on aluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloys, and some non-conductive substrates.

High phosphorus electroless nickel has high hardness and good wear resistance. Electroplated nickel layer hardness is only 160 ~ 180HV, and electroless nickel plating layer hardness is generally 400 ~ 700HV, after appropriate heat treatment can be further increased to close to or even exceed the hardness of chromium plating layer, so the wear resistance is good, more rare is the chemical nickel plating layer combines a good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

High phosphorus electroless nickel has a high chemical stability and good plating bonding. In the atmosphere and in other media, the chemical stability of the electroless nickel plating layer is higher than that of the electroplated nickel layer. Good bonding with the usual steel, copper and other substrates, the bonding force is not lower than that of the electroplated nickel layer and the substrate.
