According to the field experience and the characteristics of the product electroless nickel plating solution Ni-809, Bigolly Technology has made an analysis, mainly including the following three points:
1. Increase the hardness of the coating.Generally, the hardness of electroless nickel plating is HV300~500. After heat treatment, the hardness of electroless nickel coating can be greatly improved. After heating at 400 ℃ for 1 hour, the hardness of the coating can reach HV1000.In the production process, it is recommended that the temperature of heat treatment be 380~400 ℃ for 1 hour.
2. Improve the magnetic properties of the coating.The magnetic properties of electroless nickel coating depend on the phosphorus content and heat treatment temperature of the coating.The coating has weak magnetism only when its phosphorus content exceeds 8%, while it has no magnetism when its phosphorus content exceeds 11.4%.Generally, the magnetic properties of the coating after heat treatment will be significantly improved.For example, the magnetic property of the coating obtained by using chemical nickel liquid is 160A/m without overheating treatment, while 8800A/m after 350 ℃ heat treatment.
3. Reduce the resistivity of the coating.The resistivity of the electroless nickel coating is related to the phosphorus content. The higher the content of the coating, the greater the resistivity.In addition, the resistivity of electroless nickel coating will be significantly reduced after heat treatment.For example, the resistivity of electroless nickel coating with phosphorus content of 7.5% after 400 ℃ heat treatment is from 75 μ Ω· cm down to 25 μ Ω·cm。
