    1. The temperature or pH of the bath is too high.If the temperature of the plating solution is too high, it is easy to get out of control due to the excessive deposition speed;If the pH value is too high, nickel phosphite is easily precipitated in the plating solution, which triggers the spontaneous decomposition of the plating solution.Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature and pH value of the plating solution during production.

    2. The plating solution is contaminated by solid impurities.When the production is stopped, cover the plating solution to prevent dust or solid particles in the air from falling into the plating solution.Because these dust or solid particles will cause the natural decomposition of the plating solution, the electroless nickel layer is relatively rough.

    3. The phosphite concentration in the bath is too high.Phosphite is mainly a by-product of sodium hypophosphite, and as production progresses, phosphite will continue to accumulate in the plating solution.When the phosphite concentration is high, it is easy to trigger the spontaneous decomposition of the plating solution and make the plating layer relatively rough.

    4. The concentration of complexing agent in the plating solution is low.The complexing agent can complex nickel ions to avoid precipitation.When the concentration of the complexing agent is low, the plating solution is unstable and the coating is relatively rough. At this time, the complexing agent should be appropriately supplemented.
