1, the concentration of additives in the plating solution is not uniform. This is mainly due to the plating solution does not use stirring or stirring is not uniform, the general tin plating solution is used to move the cathode to the plating solution for stirring, so as to effectively improve the plating layer of the plating capacity and improve the cathode's current density, to prevent the plating layer burnt, pinholes, stripes and other phenomena occurring.
2, high temperature of the plating solution. General matte tin plating solution temperature higher than 30 ℃ will seriously affect the uniformity of the tin plating layer, resulting in a relatively thin thickness of the plating layer, uneven plating will be even thinner in the local phenomenon. Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature of the plating solution in the production process in the range of 15 ~ 25 ℃.
3, poor electrical conductivity of the hangers. Some production lines due to poor contact, poor electrical conductivity, resulting in the workpiece in the tin-plating process of the current distribution is not uniform, the uniformity of the workpiece plating is relatively poor. Therefore, we pay attention to checking the wire performance of the hangers in the production process to ensure that the workpiece to obtain good electrical conductivity.
