Electroless nickel plating solution cannot be added too quickly.If the hypophosphite is added too quickly, added too quickly or not completely dissolved in the bath, the local hypophosphite concentration in the bath will be too high, which will generate nickel phosphite precipitation, which will accelerate the spontaneous decomposition of the bath.

    2. Improper adjustment of bath pH value.If the plating solution is added too quickly or too much with high concentration alkali solution, the local pH value of the plating solution will be too high, which is easy to produce nickel hydroxide precipitation and produce many particles on the surface of the workpiece.

    3. The order of liquid medicine supplement is improper.Some customers use liquid medicine with pH regulator. If pH regulator is added when nickel salt is just added when preparing the plating solution, the plating solution will produce nickel hydroxide and precipitate, and nickel particles will precipitate.Although the bath will become clear after the complexing agent is added, a small amount of sediment still exists, which affects the service life of the bath.

    4. When the liquid medicine is added, the plating solution shall be fully stirred to completely dissolve all components in the plating solution.If the stirring is not sufficient, nickel compounds that are difficult to find by the naked eye will be produced, thus affecting the service life of the plating solution.
