    4. The supplement of acid copper brightener is out of balance.Some operators will increase the brightness of the workpiece by adding brighteners, but this will easily lead to imbalance of brighteners and waste of brighteners, and the accumulation of decomposition products of brighteners will be relatively fast, affecting the use effect of brighteners.The addition of acid copper brightener can be regularly analyzed and adjusted by Hull cell experiment, so that the bath is well maintained and the consumption of brightener is low.
