Although stirring can reduce concentration polarization and increase the allowable cathode current density, it will cause the bright leveling range to shift towards the high end, resulting in a decrease in bright leveling in the low current density area. The brightness and flatness of the coating vary with different stirring intensities.
It is not recommended to use the Hull tank with air stirring for air stirring. Why? The reason lies in the fact that in this type of integral injection molding shell groove, the pore diameters are large and sparsely distributed, which causes uneven stirring of the test piece. As a result, the coating is prone to vertical strips of varying brightness, which may lead to misjudgment of the test results by the technicians in the electroplating factory.
