1. Therefore, we should take necessary measures to reduce the loss of plating solution, such as lowering the level of plating solution, covering the lid when the plating solution is not in production, and adding mist suppression additives to the plating solution.
3. Prevent contamination caused by leakage of plating tanks and heating tubes during the chromium plating process. In the process of chromium plating, the leakage of plating tank or heating tube will often cause serious pollution. Therefore, we should use good quality plating tanks and heating tubes in production, which can effectively reduce the losses caused by failures.
