(1) The plating solution has a certain ability to remove oil and activate.
(2) The cathodic polarization of the bath solution is very high, with good dispersing ability and covering ability, it can coat copper layer with good bonding force on various metal substrates (such as steel parts, zinc alloy die casting, etc.), and poor bonding force seldom occurs even when thin parts are plated with low current, so that the subsequent plating of burnt copper can reduce the occurrence of faults, such as blistering of the plated layer. If there is a subsequent nickel barrel plating process, there will be no obvious color difference.
(3) Various impurity ions have less influence on the plating solution, for example, after using the alkaline copper plating additives Cu-201, the tolerance for organic and inorganic impurities in the plating solution will be higher.
(4) After using Bigely alkaline copper plating additive Cu-201, the plated layer obtained has a bright surface, fine crystallization, low porosity, easy to polish, and has good electrical conductivity and solderability.
