The medium phosphorus electroless nickel concentrate Ni-809 is a research and development product of Bigely Technology through the introduction of advanced foreign formulas and a lot of experimental practice. The plating layer deposited by using Bigely medium phosphorus electroless nickel has the following characteristics:
1, The phosphorus content is stable. Phosphorus mass fraction of 7.5-9.0% in the plating layer, control the phosphorus content obtained in the phosphorus chemical nickel layer is dense, non-porous, corrosion resistance is far superior to electroplated nickel.
2, The medium phosphorus electroless nickel layer has high hardness and good wear resistance. The hardness of the electroplated nickel layer is only HV160-180, and the hardness of the phosphorus electroless nickel layer is HV550-650, and the hardness even exceeds the hard chromium coating after heat treatment at 400℃ for 1h. The medium phosphorus chemical nickel layer also has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
3, Coating binding force is good. The binding force with the usual steel, copper and other substrates is good, and the binding force on medium and low carbon steel can reach 350-450Mpa, and the bending does not peel.
4, The medium phosphorus electroless nickel layer is bright, can achieve the mirror effect, the brightness can be consistent in the use cycle, and the plating speed can reach 20μm/h.
5, The medium phosphorus electroless nickel concentrate does not contain hexavalent chromium, lead, mercury, cadmium and other toxic substances, green environmental protection, in line with the EU ROHS requirements.
6, Electroless nickel plating solution stability is good, the use of long cycle, generally up to 8-14 cycles.
