1, Electroless nickel plating solution more than 6 cycles. General electroless nickel plating solution in the production of 6-8 cycle, the plating solution stability will be significantly reduced, the performance of the plating solution will be significantly reduced, so that the workpiece deposited electroless nickel plating performance is relatively poor, followed by electroless gold plating after the plating of the layer of the weldability will be relatively poor.
2, Electroless gold plating layer is too thick or too thin. General electroless gold plating layer control in the 0.05-0.15 μm between the good, too thin layer of conductivity, welding performance and corrosion resistance is relatively poor; while the layer is too thick when the production cost is higher, and the crystallization of the layer is not detailed, poor solderability.
3. The workpiece receives several thermal shocks after electroless gold plating. When the workpiece receives several thermal shocks after electroless gold plating, the bonding and solderability of the plated layer is poor.
4、Water washing before baking is not clean. Due to the workpiece in the water before baking is not clean, in the baking of the coating due to the inclusion of impurities, resulting in poor brightness, roughness, weldability and corrosion resistance of the coating is relatively poor. Therefore, we should replace the cleaning water in time to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is clean before baking.
