    1. Methanesulfonic acid:In the plating solution, it provides a strong acid stable medium for soluble tin salt, and the complexation effect is not obvious. In order to maintain the stability of Sn2+, the plating solution needs to contain a certain amount of free methanesulfonic acid, which is generally controlled at about 140ml/L.

    2. Tin methanesulfonate:It is the main salt in the plating solution.When using the Sn-819 process, the lower limit of tin methanesulfonate should be controlled at 50ml/L in order to save costs.

    3. Sn-819A softener:It can be used to refine the crystallization of the coating layer, expand the range of bright current density, and improve the conductivity and stability of the plating solution at the same time.Sn-819A softener is mainly consumed by taking out, and the consumption rate is between 0.2~0.3L/1000KAH.

    4. Sn-819B brightener: It is the main substance to maintain the brightness of the coating. In the production process, Sn-819B brightener is mainly consumed by electrolysis and take-out, and the consumption is between 0.1~0.2L/1000KAH.
