Trivalent chromium black zinc passivator BZ-217 adopts a good trivalent chromium formula, which is able to form a dense black passivation film on the acid zinc chloride coating. This passivation film not only has good corrosion resistance, but also can effectively isolate the external environment from the erosion of the coating. The workpieces treated with BZ-217 passivation, followed by a sealing (treated with Bigely black zinc sealer BH-1209), can easily pass the 72-hour test in the salt spray test, showing good corrosion resistance.
In practical application, trivalent chromium black zinc passivator BZ-217 has good applicability. Whether it is rack or barrel plating process, BZ-217 can be tightly combined with the plating layer to form a uniform passivation film. In addition, the passivation solution has good operability and stability to ensure stability and consistency in the production process.
