The key to the effectiveness of BH-1212 galvanizing sealer in improving the corrosion resistance of barrel zinc plating workpieces lies in its own chemical composition and mechanism of action. The sealer is specially designed for the passivation process of potassium chloride zinc plating and can form a dense protective film with the surface of the workpiece, effectively isolating it from external corrosive media. After trivalent chromium blue zinc passivation + sealing treatment (BH-1212), the workpiece was able to pass the salt spray test for 72 hours; and after trivalent chromium colored zinc passivation + sealing treatment (BH-1212), it was able to pass the salt spray test for 96 hours, which is a good proof of its good corrosion resistance.
