This acid salt activator is formulated with a good acid salt formula that can effectively replace the traditional hydrochloric acid activation method. During the treatment of high carbon steel substrates, BC-629 removes dirt and oxides from the surface of the substrate, while avoiding the occurrence of gray hang-ups. This not only ensures the cleanliness of the substrate surface, but also provides good adhesion during the subsequent plating process.
With the use of Bigely acid salt activator BC-629, the surface of the high carbon steel substrate becomes cleaner and free of dirt residues. This enables the plating layer to bond better with the substrate and improves the adhesion and brightness of the plating layer. At the same time, the activation effect of BC-629 is more uniform, avoiding defects such as spots and pockmarks in the plating layer, thus improving the overall quality of the product.
