This alkaline galvanizing additive BZ-513 is a galvanizing product developed by Bigely Technology, which has a wide range of process conditions and an easy-to-manage and maintain plating solution, with these specific features:
1, the main salt concentration of the plating solution is wide. The content of metallic zinc in the range of 7~20g/L, the content of sodium hydroxide in the range of 90~150g/L can work, the plating solution has high stability, easy to manage, it is very suitable for the production of roll plating.
2. The working temperature range of the plating solution is wide. Workpiece in the temperature range of 18 ~ 32 ℃ can obtain uniform bright galvanized layer.
3、Small brittleness of plating layer. After testing, the workpiece galvanized layer thickness of 25μm still has the toughness and not brittle, and after 180 ℃ dehydrogenation treatment of the coating will not bubble.
4、Good dispersing ability and deep plating ability. General galvanizing additives are poor in dispersion and deep plating ability, while BZ-513 has good dispersion and deep plating ability, even if the shape of the workpiece is more complex in appearance and thickness is basically the same, which can meet the requirements of a variety of different workpieces of galvanizing production.
