1. Performance characteristics
BC - 1101 steel chemical degreasing powder is formulated with high-efficiency surfactants, penetrants, builders and corrosion inhibitors. Its characteristics are:
1). It has an excellent cleaning effect on animal and vegetable oil, mineral oil and stubborn grease;
2). Good anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties to ferrous metals;
3). It has strong emulsifying power and extremely high tolerance to oil pollution ;
4). long-lasting, easy to clean, particularly suitable for automatic plating production lines.
2. Purpose
Suitable for chemical degreasing of various steel workpieces. It can be used for hot immersion cleaning, scrubbing, scrubbing, and ultrasonic cleaning.
3. How to use

2. Preparation of degreasing solution:
Pour tap water into the degreasing tank, heat it up to 40-50℃ , then add BC - 1101 degreasing powder, stir until it is fully dissolved, and then heat it up to working temperature, ready to use.
3. Maintenance of degreasing solution:
( 1 ) The alkali component in the degreasing solution is designed according to the formula, and various alkalis are not allowed to be added to the degreasing solution during production;
( 2 ) In the process of using the degreasing solution, due to the consumption of its main components, its cleaning power is gradually reduced. In production, it is best to analyze the concentration of the degreasing solution once every shift ( 8 hours), and then supplement the degreasing solution based on the analysis results. Oil powder
( 3 ) The degreasing tank should be equipped with an overflow port to frequently remove the oil pollution suspended on the liquid surface;
( 4 ) After long-term use, if the degreasing solution is turbid, the bath should be replaced. The replacement period is determined according to the production conditions of each manufacturer.
