Production maintenance and adjustment

(13) The tolerance of metal dissolution:

Nickel: saturated concentration 60g/L

Copper: Almost all copper electrolytic deposits are on the cathode ( sometimes the dissolution range is 2-10g/L)

Chromium: 20g/L is no problem             

Iron: easy to deposit (30ppm)

If too much sediment in iron solution, viscosity of the solution increases, stainless steel rack will be subject to corrosion, so then must remove iron deposits .
