Description:
BC-19 is a mild alkaline metal cleaner containing a series of surfactants. It is a bite-free thermal degreaser specially designed for aluminum. It is also effective for copper, brass, zinc, lead and iron metals. It can effectively remove tar, asphalt, non-fading ink, lubricants (including heavy wax and general dirt).
BC-19 also has a special effect on removing soluble oil and coolant.
The purpose of B C-19 :

Use steel equipment (tank body and heater)
Concentration: 45-75 g/L
Temperature: 49-93 ℃
Avoid excessive air agitation or boiling or excessive foaming.
Cleaning time: generally 1-10 minutes, depending on the type and quantity of oil stains
It is usually cleaned with cold or warm water. Cleaning is very important. An overflow device should be used for the cleaning tank.
