Description:
BC-17 alloy chemical degreasing powder can be used directly, which can effectively remove grease and wax on most metal surfaces; it is a fluid, no dust, moderate alkaline, and will not corrode metals other than magnesium.
As a dipping cleaner, it can be used in the following situations:
1 . Various grease removal on the workpiece(Cl-，SO42);
2 . Various metal manufacturing processes;
3 . Remove residues from stainless steel, brass and copper;
4 . Aluminum plating process and aluminum anodizing process
5 . Phosphorus-free detergent process

Operating conditions:
A : Degrease from zinc, brass and aluminum
Concentration: 60-75g/l
Temperature: 60-66℃
Time: 3-5min
Stirring: air stirring
B : Remove polished soil on brass and copper
Concentration: 68-75g/l
Temperature: 93 ℃ --96 ℃
Time: 3-5min
Stirring: air gas stirring
C : Degreasing from stainless steel
Concentration: 53-60g/l
Temperature: 68 ℃ -71 ℃
Time: 1-5min
