In the actual production of electroplating production lines, operators need to control a large number of parameters (dozens), and each parameter is constantly changing. The control of components and data processing, in accordance with the principle of component control, determine the detection cycle, and conduct regular analysis and adjustment to ensure the stability of components.
Why is it set at two hours when formulating the monitoring cycle for process parameters? Rather than three hours or four hours?
Let's take the nickel plating solution (with nickel plating brightener added) as an example to illustrate: If the heating is damaged, the temperature drop of the bath solution is about 1.5℃ per hour. After two hours, the temperature will drop by 3℃. If it is not adjusted in time, it will soon drop to the control lower limit, and then the coating will malfunction.
If the temperature controller loses control, it will cause the heating rod to continuously heat up, which will accelerate the rise rate of the bath solution temperature. According to the design principle, the general heating rate is 5 to 6℃ per hour. Thus, through monitoring, any abnormalities of the equipment can be detected in a timely manner to prevent quality problems caused by abnormalities in the instruments, meters and equipment.
