For plating solutions that use two or more brighteners, it is necessary to ensure a reasonable proportion of each component, fully leverage the synergistic effect of the brighteners, and at the same time, to simplify on-site addition operations and reduce errors, in the vast majority of cases, the use of mixed brighteners can be considered.
The determination of the supplementation standards for each component in the mixed brightener: First, prepare it correctly according to the recommended consumption amount (kA·h) in the user manual of the potassium chloride galvanized brightener. Then, based on the supplementation amount in the tank test every day, adjust the preparation standard of the mixed brightener. In this way, after a period of time, the preparation standard of the mixed brightener can be determined.
In addition, it should be emphasized that since the consumption of brighteners is related to seasonality or specific products to some extent, the formulation standards need to be constantly revised. Thus, after 2 to 3 years, the seasonal formulation standards for mixed brighteners can also be determined.
