The daily consumption replenishment of alkaline galvanizing brightener includes four scenarios: consumption replenishment (KAH), replenishment for Hull tank test correction, replenishment for the maintenance and care of the plating solution (large treatment, small current electrolysis, regular analysis and tank bottom cleaning), and pre-replenishment in the "Production Plan Schedule". Consumption (kA·h) replenishment
There are two ways to replenish consumption (KAH). One is to manually replenish regularly based on electricity consumption (KAH). The second is to automatically and continuously replenish based on the amount of electricity (KAH). In actual operation, the principle of "adding less and adding more frequently" must be followed.
According to the standard of the brightener user manual, for instance, taking the B agent of the alkaline galvanizing brightener BZ-518 as an example, it makes the coating achieve overall brightness, especially increasing the brightness of the low-current zone, and is also a positioning agent in the low-current zone. The consumption per kiloampere-hour is 80 to 150 milliliters. Specific problems should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. The amount to be added should be determined on-site based on the advice of Bigely's engineers.
