Choosing the right chemical degreasing powder for steel can improve the degreasing quality without having to raise the temperature to boiling point.
So, how should the temperature of the degreasing solution be controlled? Our suggestion is that the temperature should not be set too high. It can be controlled within the range of 50 to 80℃ (using Bigely steel chemical degreasing powder BC-1101). This way, it can meet the quality requirements for chemical degreasing set by electroplating enterprises.

After changing the solution temperature from boiling to 50-80℃, not only did the degreasing effect improve, but energy consumption could also be reduced by one quarter. If there is a further intention to save energy consumption, you can also use Bigely room temperature degreasing powder at a slightly higher temperature than room temperature. Currently, many electroplating factories are using it and the feedback on the effect is generally good.
