Guangdong Bigely Technology BZ-207 is a trivalent chromium colored zinc passivator for zinc plating layer, which can obtain a colored passivate film by dipping, and it reveals a yellowish-green skin film when it is used on zinc plating layer.
This trivalent chromium colored zinc passivator also has the following properties:
1, colored zinc passivator does not contain hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, mercury and other elements, is a green product, has passed the SGS international standard certification.
2, the product appearance colorful, not fog, good corrosion resistance, neutral salt spray test roll plating up to 96 hours or more, hanging plating up to 120 hours or more.
3, can be operated at low or normal temperatures, can overcome the shortcomings of inconsistent product color caused by the temperature difference between the upper and lower layers of the bath solution when using heated passivator in the galvanizing process.
4, Suitable for all galvanizing processes after passivation treatment, with our galvanized products with better corrosion resistance.
