1, In the chromium plating solution, the permissible concentration of iron ions is very limited, can not exceed 8g / L. When the plating solution of iron impurities in the higher content, the conductivity of the plating solution is reduced, the current is unstable, the range of brightness will be significantly narrowed, when it will be obtained rough, coarse crystallization, no luster and brittle chromium plating layer.
2, In the chromium plating solution of copper, zinc, lead impurities accumulate more will significantly reduce the coverage capacity, general zinc, lead impurities shall not exceed the content of 3g / L, copper impurities shall not exceed the content of 5g / L.
