(1) Hang up the corrugated board corrugated direction should be kept as horizontal as possible (if the deposited metal chips flake off, they will fall on the following corrugated surface and be intermingled in the plating layer); never place the corrugated direction perpendicular to the bottom of the tank (this is because the deposited metal chips are easy to flake off into the plating solution, and then become the form of metal impurities).
(2) As the electrolytic treatment time is generally longer, in the long electrolytic process, the cathode may produce loose deposits, because it is easy to fall off, will re-contaminate the plating solution, so after electrolysis for a period of time, some plating plant will be taken out of the cathode with a steel wire brush scrubbing the cathode on the loose or undesirable deposits brushed away and then continue to electrolyze.
