    1. The pH value of the electroless nickel plating solution is too low: adjust the pH value of the plating solution and control the pH at the lower limit. Although a higher pH value can increase the settling rate, it will affect the stability of the plating solution.

    2. The temperature of the plating solution is too low: During normal production, the temperature of the electroless nickel plating solution should be controlled between 86-92°C. When the temperature of the plating solution is too low, the deposition rate of the plating layer is slower, thereby reducing the production efficiency.


    3. Low concentration of the main components of the plating solution: adjust the main components of the plating solution through titration analysis. If the reducing agent is insufficient, add Ni-809H reductant replenisher; when the nickel ion concentration is low, add Ni-809A nickel replenisher.

    4. Too much phosphite: When there is too much phosphite in the plating solution, part of the plating solution needs to be discarded.

    5.
